Profile:
Jeff has extensive experience representing contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, sureties and owners in construction-related matters. In addition to his construction practice, Jeff is an experienced commercial litigator who has represented many clients in commercial and employment-related litigation. These disputes have been in courts throughout the states of Texas, South Carolina, Colorado and Virginia, in front of arbitration panels in various states, and in front of OSHA and other government agencies. Jeff has prosecuted and defended actions involving construction defects, failure to pay, bond claims, lien claims and other construction disputes, but his work has not been limited to ordinary construction disputes. Jeff has also prosecuted actions for the industry trade group, Associated General Contractors of Texas, in wage rate cases in El Paso, Texas, and defended a large supplier against antitrust allegations in South Carolina.
