Mr. Gaswirth joined the Firm in 2003 as an associate attorney, becoming a director in 2007 and a shareholder in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gaswirth obtained experience in the construction field having previous experience defending design professionals in suits involving both Owners and Contractors. Mr. Gaswirth graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1996 receiving a BBA in Marketing and received his law degree in 1999 from SMU law school in Dallas, Texas. While specializing in representing general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, sureties and owners in construction-related matters for both litigation and arbitration, Mr. Gaswirth also has experience and practices in the fields of commercial litigation, employment matters, and real estate transactions. 


Mr. Gaswirth is admitted to the State Bar of Texas, the United States District Court for the Northern, Western, and Eastern Districts of Texas and is a member of the Dallas Bar Association. He is also a member of the construction section of the Dallas Bar Association. A frequent speaker of construction topics, Mr. Gaswirth has given speeches on AIA contracts and dispute resolution. He is also a contributing author to Aspen Publishers "Fifty State Construction Lien and Bond Law" reference book. 


Mr. Gaswirth has been recognized as a "Rising Star" by Texas Monthly Magazine as one of the top attorneys in the State for 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011. More recently, Mr. Gaswirth was selected to be honored as an "Outstanding Lawyer under 40" by the Cardozo Society of the Jewish Federation's Attorneys Division.
