Mr. Gooch joined the Firm as a shareholder in March, 1981. His practice focuses on all aspects of the construction industry, and he is Board Certified in construction law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Gooch is a past Chair of the Texas Construction Law Section and a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers. Mr. Gooch is consistently rated as among the best construction lawyers in the industry and is a highly sought-after arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association.
